Jiwan Singh was born in 1953 in New Delhi, India

After a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from Delhi Univercity in 1983. Jiwan Singh  decided , in spite of the obstacle, to devote himself to fine art for which he always felt strong and later irresistibe attraction. Jiwan singh came to Paris in 1986, there he studied French language and began studies in fine art at the ESAG Penninghen,Ecole Privée Met de Penninghen et Jacques D'Andon, Académie Julien, Paris. He obtained the Diploma in 1991.

He work and live in Paris and in New Delhi.

Jiwan  Singh, est né en 1953, en Inde, à la Nouvelle Delhi,  

Après des  études de comptabilité et de commerce à l'Université, il décide, malgré les obstacles, de se consacrer aux Arts Plastique pour lesquels  il s'est toujours senti une grande, puis irrésistible, attirance.  Il arrive à Paris en 1986. Il y étudie la langue française et commence des études de plasticien à ESAG Penninghen, Ecole Privée Met de Penninghen et Jacques D'Andon, Académie, Paris, France.  Il en obtient le Diplôme en 1991.

Jiwan Singh vie et travaille à Paris et à Nouvelle Delhi.
